Robert Nass - Partner
Robert Nass has developed and managed both commercial and residential real estate for the past thirty seven years. This very
successful developer, maintains ownership in several business development projects in the Northeast United States, North Carolina, and Florida. Mr. Nass's projects range in size and complexity from construction of hospitals, supermarkets, schools, and churches to restaurants, lodges, and aircraft hangars. Amongst his accredited developments significant to his qualifications for this proposal, are two notable airport planning and hangar land lease projects. His first in the early 90's working with the Fort Pierce Airport Authority and a present business venue currently in Phase II of aircraft hangar development at the Deland Airport here in Volusia
County.

Jerry Coone - Partner and Project Manager
Jerry Coone is Mr. Nass's partner on the Deland Airport project known as Mustang Point Aerodrome, currently under a 60 year lease with the City of Deland. Mr. Coone is the Manager of the corporation supporting this project, Double Ace Development,
LLC. Jerry has been in the land development and construction industry his entire life, initially working for other companies until starting his first firm in 1967.
He was a licensed contractor in many Florida city's and municipalities long before the evolution of a state general contractor license even came about, then eventually becoming a Florida Class A General Contractor in the 1970's as our state began to regulate the industry.
Like Mr. Nass, Mr. Coone is an active partner in all of his developments and has served as a Board Member or Officer for numerous entities ranging from Banks to Home Builder Associations, and maintains the position as Life Director of Florida Home Builders Association.

Michele La Vigna - Partner
Michele La Vigna is a long time friend of Mr. Nass, bonded by their mutual affinity for aviation and respected professional achievements. As an accomplished Airline Transport Pilot and Aviation Business Professional, with working knowledge and experience in the local market, Mr. Nass solicited Ms. La Vigna to partner and to help plan the project proposed, The Jet Park Daytona Project. Ms. La Vigna, like her principle partners, is accomplished in her chosen field, aviation. Michele maintains many honors and achievements, and she is currently serving as a Captain on a Bombardier Lear Jet 60. Notably, her last corporation where she served as CEO, successfully acquired the RFP of parcel #24 at the Daytona Beach
International Airport. Ms. La Vigna was able to secured the necessary financial investments, and subsequently developed a 44,000 sf facility on this 8+ acre parcel. This Fixed Base Operation is active, providing needed aviation services for the community, and has yielded substantial returns on investment to her former partners who now own and operate the facility.

Summarily, Mr. Nass, Mr. Coone and Ms. LaVigna are all long time residents of Volusia County, accomplished professionals and respected members of the community. The partners of Jet Park Daytona, LLC possess the development experience, financial ability to support the proposed project, and aviation background to successfully develop an aircraft hangar complex at the Daytona Beach International Airport.
